My approach to one-to-one coaching is to be your sounding board. I blend powerful questions, insightful perception and other coaching tools with sharing personal experiences when relevant and requested. I believe in knowledge sharing. Consider me a supportive, critical friend. I will not give you advice, but will support you to trust your own judgment and intuition. I trained in transformational, co-active coaching with Coaches Training Institute in 2013 and facilitation with the Gestalt Centre.

This work is deeply personal. I know what it's like to question my sense of purpose, to struggle when asked 'What do you do?' or 'Who are you?', to feel stuck, constrained or alone while seeking clarity in my future direction. I've been through the process of leaving behind a stable career to take a leap into the unknown, without knowing what's next. I can also identify with what it's like to be forced to make this change: I had to take several years off work after a serious injury that required a multi-year recovery.
